Powder Room Reveal – One Room Challenge Week 6

Powder Room Reveal – One Room Challenge Week 6

And we’re finally here! Week 6 – where we share all of the photos of the space that has kicked our butts the last few weeks (and let’s be real, up to 30 seconds before we started snapping pictures).

This ORC may have been the smallest space that we’ve done so far, but it was not without it’s challenges. In true Sypsie fashion, I realized while editing these pictures that I hung the frames wrong, but I suppose that’s not as bad as leaving my camera lens on the counter for every photo of our guest bathroom makeover You win some, you lose some!

Mix crazy work schedules with busy weekends, a trip to Vegas over the weekend that I’m still recovering from (you win Vegas, you win), a last minute printing job gone wrong, and just moving into a new house, this room was getting a major side eye from us. Often. BUT – now that it’s done, we’re so excited to share the first room that’s checked off of the list in our new home and we couldn’t be happier about that.

First off, here’s the room before we started.

And here’s what it looks like now!

It’s not typical for such a small space, but since we had fun tile on the floors and added the wood shiplap on the ceilings, we added some photo ledges to balance everything out in between!

Three cheers for the pretty trees all over our property for some last minute flowers!

This room is kind of tucked in the center of the house and with no windows, it’s always super dark (and challenges your photography skills!). I love how the wood tones warm it up, and even at night it gives off a welcoming vibe (as goofy as that is to say about a bathroom) that I’m hoping we’re able to emulate throughout the new house!

Thanks so much for stopping by and for Linda at Calling it Home for hosting this fun event! UPDATE: all of the sources for everything we used is below! But first, be sure to check out all of the amazing designers and other guest participants before you head out
